What is health?
Health is a synergistic or cooperative process whereby: all human experience - the body, the mind, and the spirit every way that you meet your environment, all your physical, intellectual, and psychological actions, interactions, and reactions, is increasingly positive.
Health is not static. It is an ongoing condition of constant improvement.
Our health is &lsquo;Holistic&rsquo;. It is more than just our physical health or mental health or spiritual health. It is all of these and their relatedness to each other. Don&rsquo;t neglect one for the other. To excel at anyone over time, we need to work on all of our health. That is what creates well-being.
