Alright, so now we're going to be looking at Neptune, in Capricorn, up here. So how does that work? Well, it was in Capricorn, from 1984 to 1999. And there was a need for material success and tradition at that time. And, well, governments were in chaos, and new forms of government and political concepts were happening and trying to have maybe one world government, which we know is maybe not working because we now have Brexit. But that was the idea and the idealism, you know, because Neptune is about, you know, putting idealistic ideas into the mix.
And so it was very idealistic to have one world government, but it's probably not worked at all. So then we We have Neptune in Aquarius. So naturally an Aquarius was there from 1999 to 2011. And that heightens the need for a better world needs Freedom of Information and Technology which we've had Wi Fi, Bluetooth fast internet, around the world, Skype, all that kind of thing. And there's been an upsurge as well in science fiction, lots of films on science fiction, and and talk of other beings from other worlds. And we've certainly seen that in the news in those years 99 to 2011.
And I think we're going to have more of that actually, in the years to come. And then we have Neptune in Pisces. So Neptune belongs in Pisces, and it's in there at the moment. It went in there in 2011 and it won't come out until 2026 and obviously, there's a massive shift in consciousness. Spirit is a great spiritual awakening. And many more people are doing meditation and yoga and spiritual things on that going on retreats all around the world, because they want to have their own consciousness.
They want to get away from it all. They want, you know, to look at life from an idealistic perspective, and they want some peace and tranquility. And so they think they can get it by doing meditation and yoga and Tai Chi, and all those kind of gentle forms of exercise. And the meditation Of course, taking you away from it all. Also is about shamanism, energy healing, reiki, climate change, and also about the ice caps melting because next year And obviously rules water in the sea and polluting the oceans and and the fish and plastic in the sea that we can see that we're actually taking that a lot more seriously and when we're now having to take our own bags into the supermarket and there's a call for not having straws because the straws get into the sea and get into the fish, so we're becoming much more aware, whilst Neptune is in its own sign.
But we've also got big pharma and the drug cartel, really, that doesn't really want us to have our own health. What can I say alternative health, you know, alternative ways of healing. It's trying to put homeopathy down. They're trying to kind of make us go towards the pharmaceutical drugs rather than looking after ourselves. You know the earth and having tinctures and Herbes and homeopathy. So that's all going on as well.
It's a bit of a battle going on, whilst Neptune is in its own sign. And there isn't a lot of compassion at the moment to heal other people, which is great. And one last thing, we've got lots of men with beards. And that's bury Neptune in Pisces. So, you know, it's kind of a fashion statement. And anyway, it was in there before, I mean talking about a long, long time ago.
