Go back through all the chakras, the information about the chakras, and we're gonna do a meditation to activate Clear one of your chakras, you're welcome to do this as many times as you want. If you want to go through all your chakras, that's fine. Keep in mind though, if your energy is excessive in that chakra, don't do this meditation with a color of the chakra.

So look for a chakra that is either out of balance, but is deficient. So when you go into this, and I'm going to go into a meditation to do with just the color white, which you can do that now if you want. So if you do have an excessive out of balance chakra, you can use a color white. So that's what I'll suggest here. So go through and pick the most pressing issue you have to figure out where it exists in your energetic body. Once you do that, come back to this point and Do this meditation.

So get in a comfortable position, sitting up straight. Relax your shoulders. Close your eyes. Take a few deep breaths and really feel your body. Feel the energy moving through your arms and your legs and your chest. And keep breathing.

Deep belly breaths. Focus your consciousness on the chakra that you're working on. Bring your awareness to that space in your body. Don't breathe in the color of that chakra. So I'm working on my heart chakra. I am going to breathe in the color green and move that energy into my heart chakra and then out through that area of my chest.

And keep doing that till you feel the flow of energy moving. So you either see the chakra opening, you feel a sensation In that area of your body where it's lightning and lifting, just keep breathing in the color, bringing it into the area of your body and then exhaling the energy through your chakra. Now we're going to do the same thing only we're inhaling energy directly into the chakra as the color of the chakra and we're exhaling the energy through the chakra. The color of the chakras so my heart chakra, I'm working on my heart. And then inhale the color green into my chest, my fourth chakra and exhale the color green, through my fourth chakra. And again keep doing that until you feel the chakra open and flowing to feel it you see it you into it.

The chakra is fully open, flowing, functioning properly. Stick with it. And when you're done, go ahead and take a deep breath in. Visualize white light coming in through your nose and just cleansing your body. Take a few breaths of white light, just balancing everything out. Exhale and open your eyes when you're ready.
