Transformation. Most of us know what this is I'm just going to go into it. Just because so transformation is a marked change in form, nature or appearance, the process by which one figure expression or function is converted into another. The goal of spiritual transformation is to transmute our shadow internal light, both internally and externally, as we embrace our authentic and natural expression and embodiment of the universal love. Sacred violet flame is by far the most powerful meditation I've ever done. And I do it almost every day because every day we're living we're accumulating more stuff, more thoughts, more ideas, more wounds, it's good to once you really get cleared out to continue the upkeep on your field.

I invite you to try this for a month. See if you notice the He changes. Fair warning, at least in my life. I did this two times a day for about six months and my entire life changed pretty dramatically not everything, but there was some really rough patches where things were just getting thrown out of my life pretty aggressively. So keep that in mind when you're doing this. Using the frequency of the color violet, which is a pure purifying and highly spiritual frequency and the earth element of fire, which is associated with transmutation.

The sacred Violet Flame uses fire to break down lower vibrations and the color violet purify and transmute them into their higher aspect. Okay, so let's do the sacred Violet Flame meditation. Now, this is my process. You are welcome to change this however you want. The only recommendation I have with this is that when you invoke it, you invoke it From the highest presence possible, I say the Great Spirit you can use source energy. You can use God, Christ, whatever your belief systems allow you to ask for but needs to be the highest, most pure source that you can think of.

So close your eyes and take a couple deep breaths in center yourself, get yourself into your heart. So get that coherence going. And just relax. say out loud or to yourself. I call upon the Great Spirit to invoke the sacred violet flame. Now visualize feel or Intuit the sacred Violet Flame above your head.

See the color violet? The earth elements fire merging is clearly as you can or feel like if you can't visualize that the sacred Violet Flame purify your connection to source or God through the Great Spirit and say out loud or to yourself. I asked the sacred violet flame to send into my physical body, purifying every atom and cell within my physical body in every realm, every dimension throughout all time and space. See, feel or Intuit sacred Violet Flame descending into your body and saturating every single aspect of your physical body and sit with feeling sick with a violet flame within your physical body and then say either to yourself or out loud. I asked that the sacred Violet Flame expand out into my auric field, purifying, opening and clearing all of my chakras in all layers of my auric field in all realms all dimensions throughout all time and space.

And see feel or Intuit sacred Violet Flame surrounding you. merged with your physical body, purifying your chakras and your auric field. Sit with that feeling that visual for as long as you need Now say out loud or to yourself. I asked that divine Golden Knights saturate my entire being, raising my vibrational frequency to the highest level possible for me now, in visualize see or Intuit divine golden light pouring in through your crown to the top of your auric field saturating your entire energetic body all layers of your auric field into your physical body saturating all your chakras. illuminating your entire being can sit with that feeling for as long as you need
