Hi everybody it's been a long time since I actually did a video for this group directly cuz since I got started on spreaker installing a lot of tools and I realize it's been a few months is a deprive or that you have face to face you know input into all the new things and I usually you know, share with you just feature is anything that can help you to have a better life a better put mine in and cope with stress and anxiety and a better life and also so today I was trying to do my first zoom meeting. I actually tried a few weeks ago but it didn't work out because to learning so, you know, I'm like, okay, could you share these and I'm supposed to add the title. So if I'm standing directly to people on messenger, and there's no description and they wondering what the hair is, so I had some people saying, Hey, what is this?

Like, okay, oh, sorry, I thought the description was on the air, but I usually will. And that's what I'm going to do. Now I'm going to post in advance on this group, when I'm going to do a meeting, I'm going to get at least a 24 hour warning now when people are prepared, not the last minutes. But I just kind of just want to throw myself in it. So I get started. And then that's, you know, that's how you make things happen.

You have to put things into practice and you know, just step outside the box and fight your fee. And that's what i'm trying To do I'm trying to allow all of you to participate. So we can have a dialogue you can ask me question and I feel like I get to know you or get to help somebody. Instead of just putting my my videos and having likes and and writing conversation we can have speaking conversation which is also really good. Usually more cue an injury just from one knees and it has different characteristic and I like to read you know, read the back and see type of things and you can do for you. Orange juice or any type of juice is great. It works great. So not more than 10 new grams a day and that works great.

Are you good with CBD? CBD is a great one. So we did we had a lot but it cost a lot of money so he can get it through your insurance. You're not focusing on the stress and you're worrying what's going on your life right now you're just concentrating on creating something and feeling great about what you make and ask you to just say maybe I can cook something else tomorrow.

Maybe I can create my own recipe. Relax music, or believe it or not the way the music was composed for brainwaves into a lot of like trends, piano and jazz and in the study music or relaxation music, it's to to bring to capture with little sense in your brain to activate was no epinephrine and enable you to feel good just relax and feel good. So you know, just don't take this for granted and think music is music, music can do a lot of things can really help you to relax. So you know get and don't put it too loud because it's going to over stress you just just get in that space and you're you just clear your mind and just have a good music. I love to listen to podcast, very interesting podcast. Some people have great voices really smoothing voices really put you into web trends where you throw into the story and today redirect your attention in something so interesting captivating, maybe on some subject where you are so into so many subjects so really get a go dig and dig into what you like a massage chair you cannot provide massage by somebody a lot of chair massage at the mall some time at the market little booth and some time in laundromat or just in some in some more there was great chair massage chair to massage our free Fedora we'll give you five minutes and sometimes we can be great chairs sometime not go get a pedicure, but if you have a chair massage and that's gonna get you debit effects if you have the money, go do it.

You know, just don't put in food I've done a lot of be like, Oh yeah, I'm gonna, you know, spend my money in food and I've been stressed out because I over eat I'm sick because I too much and instead of should have just put that money towards something more useful something that's gonna relax me. Alright so purse a Some people love this puzzle is great to the mind it just brings focus together I get you to concentrate and you feel good when you don't when you accomplish it something so simple you know that's why they use it a lot in retirement who Solitaire apps there's a lot of apps game brain games, tons of brain games out there found something that suits you something bigger it's you mind and get schooling if he bought it there are no false yourself and things about you like if you were playing some Sudoku, Sudoku birds me today.

Sugar crash or memory game. There's some some memory games and I like some I don't like so regularly go dig until you found a thing works you get to captivated memory again is great. You want to recenter you you focus memory game what can I'm doing quickly though? What are you asking me just said no. Okay yeah go ahead. Oh there's no mandates and out here Martin Luther King light incense good smell just like I was saying lavender was great but you have some incense at your reach or go by some candle Can you bring some smoothing on you know relaxing effects so so what are so little things that you can do and of course meditate because I cannot go over this one too much but the truth is and I don't mean datian unless I'm talking about it, doing it.

We grew but I usually don't spend more than 30 minutes on intuition and meditation can be also why you practicing yoga. So since I do a lot of yoga, that's usually when I do my meditation. Meditation can be when you doing that walk in nature trail, breathing, you meditating you meditating on relaxing you meditating on, on, on the greatest thing you're gonna achieve tomorrow, the things you can do to ameliorate the quality of your life, people you're going to have people you can inspire, and how grateful you are towards everybody else who has helped you and the journey in how you're gonna have somebody else on your journey over things are great things Who are you to? To feel good, relax to keep your mind balance, you know, it's that balance. Okay? I know sometimes we get a feeling hurts.

We don't know how to cope, and we get into that fight or flight response. And, and we lose it and everybody goes through that phase we are human, you know. And so remember, take a deep breath, the first thing we do is stop breathing. So you take a deep breath, take a few more breath, and you relax and you go drink some water and just the world's gonna do you to allow you more stress to come off and come down and then go get some tea or like a decaf tea so you don't get the caffeine effect and you will see when we can lessen our you have moved on from that the pain of trigger a period of stress and you are ready to keep going and not so much. So instead of coping with addiction, substance and try to find something in overcoming that I just point out to you can help you.
