You are about to embark upon an exciting journey--into your past. I'm sure you'll have many wonderful memories, so of experiences and people, you may not have thought about in years and years.
Regard each bead or pearl as a separate part of your history. If you look at the beads in the video, they are not one color or shape, but rather a multi-colored bead filled with different parts and pieces. This particular necklace was a gift from my sister Lucille Helm-Strecker who got it in Venice, Italy.
If she were in your shoes, one of the beads would represent her various travels to places all across the world. Perhaps she would remember five pivotal people that she met in these travels.
Perhaps she would be able to recall a defining moment or a critical choice that she made on one of her trips to other countries. This is how our memory is formed and our life takes place. Not like a smooth ribbon, but rather a bumpy strand of beads.
