Welcome to the everyday guide to Photoshop. In this video tutorial I will show you how to make a Hollywood movie poster. You see the before and now the after with both images to get open your images from the file where you have them the beach and the kissing. Now using the move to we are going to move the image of the beach on to the image of kissing. Go to Edit and free transform. When you're in this selection, hold Alt and Shift to maintain the proportion.

Now, you see you have the two images together. It's now a question of resizing. Double click on background layer and click OK. Now adjust your image. So you have the kissing and the beach. In approximately the proportion you want. Select your upper layer and add layer mask.

Now take the Gradient Tool This will help you enormously draw a vertical line to blend the two images. Ah looking great. Now press ALT plus control plus Shift E Go to Image adjustment and select D saturate There you are, it's turned that color poster into a black and white. Now Create a new adjustment level in the color picker. Select the color that you want. Take your time.

And when you've got the one perfect for this image, then you click OK. Go to Layer blending mode and select the color. lower the opacity to lighten the color. We don't want it to be too over the top. And there you have it. A beautiful after picture. Thanks for watching and congratulations
