Hi, I'm Tony factory and welcome to another video blog series. This is the eighth installment in the life principle series. Today I'm discussing training your mind and body since they are one, effectively I'm talking about five points. The first point is your body is your subconscious mind. What I mean by that is that your body contains chakras and certain intuitive detail and information which is constantly being relayed back to your mind. It is a receptor of the environment via the PCR electrical system contained within your body and also the meridians.
Within your body, it is constantly picking up on the environmental cues and subtle changes within your environment and relaying that back to your mind. So the body is the subconscious mind. You are a whole being an entire being your thoughts are connected to your body and to your mind. So, hence when you are able to connect with that aspect of yourself, you begin aligning your body with that of your mind. So if your predominant thoughts are that of disease, ill health, negativity, then it's it's undoubtable that the body will start to manifest these symptoms because the mind is being taught to hold these thoughts in place. So very, very important.
The third point is the body is capable of healing the mind. So we constantly think that the mind can heal the body. But it's also true in reverse. And if we look at people suffering, any type of mental illness or state of depression, and obviously not clinical depression, but what we start to see is that when the person begins moving and exercising, that the because the body is the subconscious mind, it relays that information back to the mind, thus healing the mind. There's been tests conducted were four weeks of exercise has had the same effect on balancing brain chemistry, and adjusting hormones in the neurotransmitters in the brain. Thus, having the same and and better effect than those people on SSRIs or any type of medication.
To adjust for depression number four notice your body's signals and by that I mean the pain the twitches, the discomforts, where do they come up in your body? You know, from your head to your shoulders to your back way, what am I asking you to do? Don't dismiss a pain as being a response to the environment. I've hurt my elbow therefore there is a pain. If it's a pain that's come up, rather sudden, ask Where is the pain way? What is the pain asking me to do?
What? What expression is it asking of me? And the fifth point is become aware of your predominant thought patterns in order to align with your body's health. Once again getting back to that earlier point, and that is look at what thoughts what predominant thoughts you entertain on a regular basis and To begin to nullify those thoughts and challenge those thoughts continually and constantly affirm that you are supreme health that is your natural state you were born into that.
