On the energetical level, we find everything that makes your body's energy flow. The energetical level is the connecting level: the energy flow connects everyone and everything. Your energetical body isn’t visible, but it is sensible. High-sensitive people, for instance, can sense a very thin line with someone else. The energy flow is sensible when you’re nervous or excited, for example, or when you’re doing a group activity, like teambuilding or during a family constellation. Emotions are an example of moving energy but also breathing. By breathing your body literally takes in energy and blows it out as well. Breathing is vital: it underlines that energy needs to keep flowing to guarantee good health. This not only applies to your own system, but also to the systems you’re a part of your home situation, work environment, village, school, family, pets, living area, society, etc. Everything is connected by these systems.

If the energy isn’t able to flow freely, something is obstructing it. The energetical system can get out of balance because of it and health issues can arise on a physical, mental, or emotional level. There are various ways of keeping your energetical system stable. Taking rest is the obvious option because it recharges you energetically. After a good night’s sleep, you’re fit and rested again. To guard your health and happiness, consciousness is also important on this level. And grounding supports you in establishing a balanced energy flow. You can do this by going outside, taking a walk in nature, and being consciously aware of the steps you take. Gardening, physical exercise, and working outside with animals are also very good ways to ground yourself and let the energy flow freely.
