Keep a journal over a course of seven days about your emotional nourishment intake. This covers as well social contact, relations, and physical exercise, as everything you experience touches you emotionally. The aim of this assignment is for you to become conscious about what you need to feel well and healthy in regard to your emotional level.
On a daily basis, describe what you experience in regard to every single type of emotional nourishment you take in. Why did you feel the need to take in this nourishment? How did it affect your thoughts, your body, and your feelings? Which emotional nourishment do you need often and why? What happens when you don&rsquo;t get your desired nourishment; in your body, in your mind, and how does it make you feel? How can you relate this to each other? What did you do to feel good? Which intentions did you set? What did you do with emotional nourishment you didn&rsquo;t desire? How did you respond?
