Keep track of the mental nourishment you provide yourself with during the coming seven days. This includes thoughts, knowledge, contacts, communication, and everything your brain captures. The aim of this exercise is for you to become aware of what you need on a mental level to feel good and healthy, what you don&rsquo;t need, and how you can release this.
Describe what happens inside of you when you take in certain mental nourishment. Do this every day.

Which thoughts arise? Which ones repeatedly?

Describe how these returning thoughts make you feel on an emotional, physical and energetical level. Which thoughts make you feel good about yourself and which don&rsquo;t, which ones would you like to change?

Which personal contacts/interactions did you have, and what was their effect on your mental level? Did you need it and if not, what did you do with these contacts/interactions? How were they mentally beneficial for you? How were they not? Which thoughts and feelings...
