Physical exercise makes sure you maintain good physical fitness. Breathing in the air is also a way of nourishing your physical level. The air you breathe in when you are in nature is cleaner and therefore healthier than the air at an industrial park.

Eating, drinking, oxygen, and exercising are good examples of nourishment regarding your physical level. The type of food you eat, the type of beverages you drink, and when and how you exercise, depends on different factors. Your appetite usually determines whether you decide to eat something, motivation whether you go exercising, and when you are at a party; the ambiance, your state of mind, and your appetite influence whether you decide to take a glass of wine.
