As discussed in the previous chapter, you can consciously nourish your thoughts with affirmations. Nourishing yourself with positive thoughts will amplify your mental health.

Also, knowledge and gaining experience, reading books, comics, and literature, watching documentaries, and cartoons, searching for information on the internet, communicating and social contact are nourishing for the mental level since you need your mind to capture all of this.
