DESCRIPTION: Silence exercise &ndash; repetition
Go outside and look for a silent spot in for example a park, forest, or the beach. Be silent: let go of all your thoughts. Shake your body to get rid of them and breathe in the fresh air. Practice this until you no longer have any limiting thoughts. Look at, perceive, smell, and feel everything that is around you: the sound of the water, birds, and the smell of moss. Be conscious of what you hear, smell, see and feel around you. Listen to your feelings: what do you feel while you are observing? If you feel that you want to touch something, feel free to do so without having any thoughts or expectations.
