DESCRIPTION: Reiki is an ancient Japanese healing method in which universal energy is transferred through a technique called palm healing or hands-on healing. Receiving Reiki energy encourages the healing of all sorts of complaints in a loving way. Reiki can also restore the balance between the holistic levels. Many people are still a bit skeptical about Reiki since there’s no scientific evidence yet of its healing power. This simple example invites you to determine for yourself what Reiki can do:
What is your first instinct when you sense pain in your body? Exactly, you put your hand or hands on this spot. This already activates the healing process, just by touching it lovingly. Reiki, therefore, bases itself on the self-healing power of humans which will be stimulated when you receive Reiki.
