Welcome to Part Four, the coach brain. So we learned about your stress brain. But now I want you to create a new kind of brain that is going to be your inner ninja that's going to help you in these stressful situations that you find yourself in and help you actually navigate through it. So I like to call it your coach brain. It's like your inner personal coach in side of your brain. So you have your stress brain, and what you're going to do is now create your coach brain, and you're going to bring in your handy dandy coach brain whenever you're finding yourself in a stressful situation.

So you can use this process to help you move through it. So welcome to the coach brain. So this is how you're going to create your coach brain. Okay? These are the three simple steps. First, you're going to observe with compassion, okay?

No judgment here, you're just going to observe. That's what we did when you were looking at your stress brain we were simply observing, okay? simply observing what's going on in there, what's happening in there and understanding what is running around in your stress brain. Number two, you're going to enquire with curiosity. Okay? So this is where you're going to start inquiring and asking questions about Hmm, is this a thought or is this a circumstance?

You're going to start asking those questions? You're going to start separating those facts from your thoughts. This is also where you're going to do your before and after model your inquiry Going to help you kind of see a bigger picture vision of your options here because you could choose to stay stress and stay in your before model. But once you've created your after model, you're more likely to be like, hmm, how can I step more into that it actually creates a new pathway of opportunity for you. That wasn't there before. And last but not least, is creating with resilience.

And creating is where you actually start practicing your thought putting these things into practice. Okay, so number two, you're really doing that kind of discovery process inquiry process. Number three is where you're actually putting it into practice. And the reason I say resilience is because our minds are formed in habitual patterns. Our brain doesn't actually want to do a lot of work. Our brain likes to find shortcuts, and find a simple way to make sense of everything that's going on.

So your brain is Going to revert back to your old thoughts, your old habits, your old everything. Because remember, if you've been thinking the same thing for decades, 70% of the time, your brain is gonna want to go back there. So it's almost going to be like you're going to be going an uphill battle and you're going to be clashing with yourself. And you're going to go through some discomfort during this time. So that's why I say with resilience, really allowing yourself to do this because you want to be healthier, you want to be more peaceful, you want to get more done. So having that bigger y for yourself is going to help you stay in that creation phase.

This is where many people can quit. This is where many people will stop. And that's why I say with resilience, become unstoppable. become your own best friend. Tell yourself why you want to feel more peaceful why these results are important to you. Why does this matter?

Why do you want To keep creating this, because it's going to be very easy to bounce right back in to your old stress brain habits. Alright, so this is how you're going to create your coach brain is by remembering these three steps. Your coach brains job is to help you do these three steps. So what you're going to do is when you're finding yourself in that stressful state, you're going to be like, Huh, what did I learn in that presentation? I watched, oh, I need to have a coach brain. What does my coach brain Okay, what should I do?

These are the three steps. So I want you to store these three steps inside your coach brain inside your head. You can also write it down and have it ready if you forget them. Because your coach brain is going to help you observe what's happening become more of a watcher of your stressful state rather than becoming that stressful state. And then allow you to move through these steps. And as you do this, you're gonna have a cleaner mind and when you have a clean mind New wisdom will emerge, new creativity will emerge, new ideas and solutions will emerge.

It's amazing what will can what can happen when you have that clean stream of consciousness that's clean mind. And when I had first learned this concept of a clean mind, I thought that was a nice term. But when I actually experienced cleanliness in my brain, I was like, Whoa, I fill all the space in here. This is amazing. And I wanted to have more of it. So I'm excited for you to experience what a clean mind feels like.

So you can produce better work, you can have more creativity, with your problem solve and you can come up with creative solutions. This is going to help you operate more efficiently and actually get more ideas and do things in a much better, stronger, more productive way. All right. So your coach brain is not going to just create itself. Okay, you're going to forget this. So it's your job to remember to build your own personal coach brain.
