So, if you observe your environment, there are certain locations, which triggers you to do something else and not reading. So it can be having a phone with an Wi Fi connection. So that once you start browsing you do not stop. Or it can be spending time with some person who keeps on going on and on, and you just waste your time. So you need to identify which are the areas where you can actually lead, but there are some triggers that are stopping you. So for me, it is like if I have a phone and the internet connection is on every 10 minutes I keep on checking Is there a new text and this is a bad habit because if you want to have a focus reading time, this is not going to help.

The first thing what I do is I keep the phone away. Yes. So we need to identify what are the triggers that will reduce your reading time. You need to identify those triggers can be object, phone, or can be pleased, it's very difficult to come home, and then quickly start raining because your partner might want to have some time with you, or your mom and dad want to talk to you. So you need to decide what are the locations where you cannot feed. And if you try to do it, you fail.

So either you avoided or wait for it to finish that location to go away or finish the situation to go away. And then lead. So for me the first is the form. Second, it's very difficult for me to get through the day. Yes, when I'm working for me, it's very difficult. So what I do is either read at night, it's a calm atmosphere, or early in the morning.

So what are your trigger locations? Can you read an office completely fine, go read for it. But if you cannot, don't try to say okay in office, I'm going to read for 10 minutes that's not going to happen because that location is struggling so many thoughts in your mind. Do you cannot focus so which is that place that triggers a calm, peaceful atmosphere for you so that you start leaving, so be away from negative triggers and go towards me positive one
