Hello, in this video we are going to discuss the effect of music on your concentration. Now many people have this confusion, should they keep the background music on while they are reading? Or should they keep it off. So there is a lot of research for on and off both have their own valid points. But in my experience I for first two years of my reading journey, I used to keep the background music off no music entire focus on books, but lately, even by keeping the music on unable to focus better, and this making me more common. So I'm a person who will say yes, go for the background music.

Definitely it has few guidelines, you cannot select a music with a relics because if that's the case you will start singing the song and your journey will go somewhere else. So it has to be a simple music. It can be a guitar, it can be a flute, this type of thing. YouTube, music for concentration music for focus music for cannons, they have lots of music out there, and wonderful music, it makes you calm. So one more thing what you need to realize did not make it loud. They Silesian this called music in background because it has to be in background.

Okay, so do not make it loud. Now, this being said, I am for the music. You can be a person who does not like music, but it's not comfortable, it's hundred percent up to you. So how to select a music, I just shared something that makes you go accept any music. If it makes you come, focus, go for it. Don't think too much about it.

The only guidance not too loud and songs, not how it looks. This are the only two guidelines out here. And one more thing let me give you a beautiful scenario, why the music should be there. And then you will realize you will also start keeping us calm music in the background. Now what happens is, let's see you Reading in a coffee shop or you're eating in your office and there is a slight distraction someone pens for or someone opens the door and that noise is able to penetrate to your head and you're like okay what happened but if there is a music that is going in the background, okay it has already increased that level of threshold for the other distracting noise to come and disturb you because there is already some noise which is going on in the background. So even if you do not believe the research, which says it makes you calm focus, just do it for the sake because it is increasing the threshold of other noises.

Other noises has to be more loud if they want to distract you because in background you already how not. Isn't that cool? And one more thing is I prefer more of nature's noises. So it can be a C or can be vend. So there are various apps as well as thousands of videos with beautiful music on YouTube. Go select whatever you Like, at the end of the day, this is more of a personality selection rather than me saying Okay, these are the five music which you should listen.

So, try the music out if you're not done and if you're already doing it, awesome. Continue with it.
