How to concentrate more while leaning? This is the question that has been asked, let's say more than thousand times to me. And I have explored a lot my search to find out the simple but effective techniques. And in this video, you're going to learn four of them. So the first thing is, write down your thoughts. Yes, many times you cannot focus on books because there are too many thoughts that are going in your mind.

So take a piece of paper, write down everything that is going on your head, just write down five to 10 thoughts that are dominant, too. When you do that, it feels like Yes, your look right out. Pause the video, write down things going in your mind and then play it and you will see a concentration shift here itself. So pause it, pause it right now write down the five to 10 things that are going in your head except this video. I hope you did it. Now I'm sure you will be more focused.

While listening to the remaining part of this video, so when to put everything on paper you're like hey the thoughts are out here. Now your mind can focus on reading and while reading if there is some thoughts that comes to your mind hey I to mail this file to this person right then and there, rather than keeping the thought behind and trying to say, I will remember when it has to be remember and in that case, your brain will bring back that thought two or three more times and you will get distracted. So keep a piece of paper with you write down the things that are going in your head. That's the first step. The second tip is use your pen pencil or finger as pointer on whatever you're reading. I know this sounds childish reading each and every line in this format for people who know chunking from speed reading you know you go in this format, but for others let's go simple.

Read in this format to when you read with the help of pen pencil off angle. It keeps you focused in the present moment, your brain and your eyes. Or following your fingers, and it avoids your hand going anywhere else and getting distracted. Do you know where your hand goes right? It goes in your pocket and brings out the cellphone. So if it is already engaged, that won't happen.

And next tip is do brain gym exercises. Now, I'm a big fan of ancient exercises. In my mini ecosystem, you see brain gym exercises, when do those are simple exercises designed in such a way that within 30 seconds, your focus will be back in the present moment. Let me show you a couple of them. So first, put your thumb in terms of format and point your index finger straight. And then mentally after every two seconds they switch, switch, switch, switch dismay, this is not easy to do if your first time or the moment you start doing this activity.

Your focus is back in the present moment. And once you're done, you can start reading. So this is one of the dangers of exercise. Pause the video, do it for 30 seconds, and then we'll see the next exercise. Now I'm sure you might have done this and you are already getting hang of it plus you're having fun. The next exercise is simple.

It starts with this format 123454321 simple. Yes, it is simple, but not easy. Yes. Definition of simple is not easy. So the word you do this exercise of 12345 This will bring you back in the present moment, even if you make mistakes while doing this exercise. That's completely Finding, but the process of doing it will make sure that you are in the present movement.

And the step four is having good body posture. Now, when I say good body posture, yes, I prefer a bit alert pusher rather than this posture, okay? This posture, make sure that you're focused, and you're able to read for a longer period of time, also with a comfortable level. And I do not want your book to be down here. It should not be even here this I prefer this an ideal pushup. But yes, not everyone has that test.

So you can keep it Okay, we'll try to take your chair the low so that it's more on the eye level. So the fourth point is have a body language, which supports your reading activity, rather than which supports your sleeping activity. So let me revise the four things. So the first thing was write down all the thoughts that are going in your mind and keep that paper with you throughout the reading process so that more and you get any thought you put it out there. Second use pen pencil or finger so that it keeps you out there to do brain gym activity that will make sure you're focused. And fifth, have a positive body language because you need to remember your mind follows your body.

If you have a positive body language, you will be more focused rather than this negative body language where you will feel sleepy. So these are my four steps and I'm sure this will help you a lot
