Now I have done many sessions on where I train people on how to create habits, not just feeling any habit when you want to create or break, we take trainings on that. Or one thing what I realized by doing law screenings on this topic that many people do not go easy on themselves. But let's assume you want to build a reading habit of meeting book a week, and you are the person who just needs a book every three months, then let's say you decide you take that steps, you are able to do it once in 15 days, you're happy, then you're able to do it one in 10 days, you're more than happy. And finally one in eight days and you're super happy. Alright, next time, within seven days, I will finish it, but due to some reason, rather than reaching out to you go back to some of the other reasons.

It takes 15 days 20 days to finish that book, and then you get frustrated When you're angry, and like I'm not the person who can read a book a week, I'm not that kind of person just because you did a mistake of not completing it. The goal was not mess. But trust me one failure does not mean you are a failure. You need to forgive yourself. Anytime you create a new habit, new routine, whatever you're trying to do something new, if it was flawless, you'd be already doing it. It's not about always being perfect, you will miss even the experts Miss even as sometimes some of feel like waiting for like seven days, that's completely fine.

You need to form yourself. Usually we'll meet sometimes we will not and initially the rate of failure will be more than the rate of success. But once you decide that you're not going to quit even if you fail, and that is a mindset or I want I'm sure you're a good person. You show that kindness and love to others if they fail, but today is time you need to show that kindness and love to yourself also, you will fail. That's completely fine. The only thing is, will you get up forgive yourself rather than going on a guilt trip.

Forgive yourself, move on. Sometimes the journey will be cherished. This will not be always a straight line, sometimes we will go faster than you will drop down then go faster and you will drop down. But if you're consistent, you will reach okay. So one failure does not mean you will not be able to do it. And please get in a habit of forgive yourself if you fail once or twice, do not go on guilt trip.

So that's it from this video.
