In this review, I'm going to share a sentence which you cannot afford to miss. Are you ready? So, listen to this carefully. Reading is a part of life and not a part of life. Reading is a part of life and not a part from life. Some simple light reading activity as part of your life and not something which is away from your life.

Now, let me put you in a scenario. Let's say you decided that you want to read 20 minutes daily. And on day one, you're able to do it. Day two, you're happy that you're able to do it again. day three, more than up, you're on cloud nine. I did it.

But day four was a stressful day. You're tired and when you take up a book yesterday feeling sleepy? Not able to focus concentrate, and that time you keep the book half away and you're like, Oh, I'm not able to do a reading and same stressful looting goes off for a couple of more days. And still you're not able to leave. And here, you start building up a mindset that you're not made for meeting. Yes, I've seen many people they have the seven days fetch where they are not able to do due to hectic routine on a day before without, they are like, hey, reading is not something that will happen for me.

I'm not me for building that reading habit. It's nothing to do and that it's nothing to do with that. Reading is a part of your life. If your life is stressful if you're not eating Boyd, it will be difficult for you to concentrate and you will feel sleepy. Don't use that. Excuse me, the moment I start reading I feel sleepy that can happen.

But usually if you observe your routine It's not something that is helping you to read. So if you cannot get your routine, right, stop blaming on others stop blaming on beating, stop blaming on your brain. It's more biological than psychological. You cannot be so hard on your brain because the fault of body, you need to realize you need to take a break. Even if it was seven days of not leading, that's completely fine. As I told you, everyone will fail sometime or the other.

The question is, will you get up from it? Or you use it as an excuse to not leaving ever again. So mindset shift what I want to keep it leaning part of life. So whatever the routine you follow, is conducive for that 20 minutes or 30 minutes or an hour reading. What do you want to build on daily basis? If not, you need to change your things.

Yes, you need to change those things. If you're not, you'll never be able to do it. So keep that in mind. If you're To tire to exerted, read some simple book. Don't take a book which is difficult to comprehend. Take a simple one.
