Instead do is share one important mindset shift about habit. I'm sure people are not doing this, or I would say not planning for this. And that is the reason 90% of people fail. No matter how good your plan is, no matter how good of a coach you have, no matter whatever, if not do the thing what I'm saying in this video, you are going to fail. Yes. And the thing what I'm sharing is something known as hot, cold empathy gap.

What happens is right now you're like hundred percent excited to build the reading habit. So you plan on how to do it. What are your goals, how you do it, how you reward yourself with benefits, your daily action plans, your number of books, your time, etc, etc. Yes, planning a sport that has to be done. But one of the things What we fail to keep in mind is we are not thinking about the problems that will occur on that diet. Yes.

And we use simple example. Okay, if I give you two options, we eat a chocolate which you like the most all you eat and food. Right now, if you are a good calm state of your mind, you might easily resected chocolate and you eat food. But let's say let's give you a different scenario. You're working hard throughout the day. There are a lot of problems with your baby swallowing it.

And then at the end of the day, I asked you will you get chocolate or will you an apple? I'm sure 90% of you will go for the chocolate. See, the plan was very clear that you knew healthy food should be eaten on regular basis. But the scenario was such that empathy was not there because at that time you're facing so much problem in your life. Due to that, you made that decision. So this is what happens when we are planning we do not think about the mindset, what will be.

So if I say I will do it for 20 minutes, it will be possible on let's administer Thursday when I have the maximum amount of work. It won't be. So what is my background, how I'm trying to do on that day, something different. So I'm taking break on that day, you need to think through the problems that you will go through. So we will discuss on how you should plan yourself to build a habit. But what I want you to do is you're planning regularly on a number of things, but when you're planning the the second, reflect on this state of mind, what will be there exactly at that point, when you're doing it, not thinking about it, doing it, see the scenarios that can happen?

Okay. Once you do that, then you can plan yourself better, so that once you are ready for facing all the problems, it becomes Easy to plan, a practical plan rather than something which is just looks good on paper. So what are the problems that can come by leaning one you will, you might be tired. Second, someone might be shouting or trying to distract you. Third, there are so many things that are going on your head, food, you might be feeling sleepy. So all those questions are answered in the further videos.

But you need to think for yourself because those things work for me work from a participant, it may or may not work for you. But what are your action steps are what are your mindset shifts, when you read for 20 minutes daily, but cube of some scenarios, you're not able to do it. So what is the path plan that will be there, because a plan may look good on paper, but that is not where it was written to. It was written so that you execute in your life. So think through the problems and then formulate your plan. And this will make sure that you are executing this plan in such a way that you're able to build the reading habit.
