Now, I'm sure that you are excited to build the eating habit. But at the same time, you're also excited to do work out to be fed. At the same time, you want to learn some new skill. And there is a lot of food left on your bucket list and you're like, I want to do this. Everything. Trust me, it's not possible.

It's our willpower is limited. So focus on building one new habit at a time. That's it. So it's just one habit at a time. So if you're focusing on beginning, I don't want you to focus on building any other habit if it happens naturally good. But if not, you're not pushing yourself only push what you're going to do is on leading Yes, it will take some time you need to focus this one habit at a time, in my experience, 15 to 20 days is just a singular focus of putting it regularly for 1520 days.

Once you do that, Then you can focus on doing other things too. Now, I'm sure you might be wondering, hey 15 days, I will not create a habit of working out for 15 days, just me long term 15 days is not a bad thing. But if you try to do this, within seven days, we'll neither do read or neither work out. Because our willpower is limited. Okay, there is an amount of how much we can push ourselves out of our comfort zone on daily basis. So please focus on building one new habit at a time is 100% sure that you are going to read on regular basis, then it should be just reading for next 15 days.

But if you are busy with some other things for next a couple of months, phase those tasks and then after a couple of months start the reading habit. So I want you to focus on just one new habit at a time
