So, I am sure you learn the technique what I shared in the last video that helped me to read 300 books. So it is reading as per your need and as for your interest. So in this video I will share the exact method that will help you to select the book. So the first thing what you need to consider before reading anything, is what exactly your need is, do you want to grow in your professional life, personal life? So first is identifying your need, what is your need personal professional? And what exactly in it saying I want to grow in professional life is a vague goal.

But what exactly do you want to be a better leader or better in finance. So then comes the part where you become specific. And on that topic you research you Google top three books, and in those top three books, you try to read this summary on line or even the description. And then you still have one book with which you can connect with and that will help you to satisfy your needs. Once you put so much effort in getting a book, then I'm sure you will read that book. Right now how we start reading is if anyone recommends a book, which is directly start reading without any specific goal, without not even being aware what you will get from this book.

So remember these steps. First, you need to identify your need, then select the specific category in that need. Find top three books in that, select one and then start reading. I'll give you one example. Also, one of the participants in my workshop came to me and said, Hey, Rupert, I want to grow in finance. I want to be better and to earn more money.

I asked, hey, exactly what do you want to learn in finance? And he was trying? Hey, I'm starting my new journey. As an entrepreneur, I need those mindset to see towards money rather than a job mindset. So the specific need was not finance, it was about the entrepreneur mindset. Then I asked him to Google top three books in that category for a new entrepreneur to read and he came out with three books first was thinking Grow Rich, Rich Dad, Poor Dad, and zero to one and I'm sure all this book are must be book and you should read those book.

But I asked him Hey, what is your exact mean right now he is like, this is my startup. And I want to grow that started out so so Rich Dad, Poor Dad, Think and Grow Rich are wonderful books. But zero to one is much more relevant right now. So once he googled once he sees this summary about it description, he was like zero to one will solve my friends in need. And then he selected that book, and you will be shot that person never read a book in last six months, but he was able to read zero to one in just a week. So once you put so much effort in finding those books, I'm sure you will finish them.

So remember to specify your need and read exactly as for
