Using Sports Science, I will discuss the importance of distance and explain the swing mechanics that help maximize driving distance. What will you learn in this course?

In part 1, I will discuss whether or not distance is important, the impact that distance can have on a golfer's score, whether accuracy matters, as well as discussing the key things that can influence driving distance. This content can be accessed here on LearnDesk or on my website.

In parts 2 and 3, I will explain the key movements that allow the big hitters to hit the ball a long way. In part 2 I will explain X-Factor, X-Factor stretch, the timing of wrist break, and timing of max CHS.
