DESCRIPTION: As per the above, the TMC does not process visas but facilitates this process to assist and support the traveler. 
Most TMC’s use the GSA as their guide to visas, but it is always preferable to check the relevant embassy’s website to ensure the information on the GSA site is current. 

It is preferable to appoint a preferred supplier for the processing of visas and there are many reputable visa companies available in South Africa.
It must be noted that the embassies have the authority to change their requirements as and when deemed necessary to protect their countries. Processes specified in the visa requirements must be followed to the latter and the requested information must be provided by the traveler. In the event of business travel, the visa requirement will include the need for a letter of invitation to the traveler from the host company in the destination country.
