What we have learned, learned that our thoughts create our emotions and if we change our thinking, we can shift our emotions to a happier state. We learned that sometimes we can become addicted to drama and negativity. We learned that holding on to guilt only hurts us more and the importance of being able to accept things. And we learned that you need to put yourself first before you can help anyone. We learned that finding a new way to look at something can help you feel a lot better. We learned that an empath is a person that can feel another's emotions as if they were their own.

We learned that married neurons are a part of the brain that mimics the emotions and actions of others. We learned that positive self talk on a regular basis can help train your brain to be more positive. We learned that having no expectations keeps you from being disappointed. We learned that Some of your belief systems may be holding you back from happiness. We learned that when you say but you are getting ready to make an excuse. And we learned that putting conditions on your dreams is just holding you back.

We learned that life is just a series of now moments and that focusing on the present moment is where you will always find joy. We learned that following what we desire will lead us to happiness. We learned that you can change your limiting beliefs by going back and looking at them with a new perspective. We learned that the way we see ourselves affects our happiness. We learned that time can feel like it's passing fast or slowly depending on our perceptions. We learned that you may have picked up some negative patterns that you were unaware of.

And we learned that happiness can be a choice and that you can choose to feel happy anytime by shifting your thoughts. Thank you
