Hello there, this is Jan deal stress CEO of winged women business and life coaching. Welcome to mindful life creation. And I'm wondering if you realize that you create your life with your thoughts. That's pretty heavy load isn't it can be your repetitive thoughts, or the creative source of your beliefs and values. With that in mind, consider areas of your life such as romance, finance, wellness and happiness. And while you consider that I'm going to ask you a question and without judging, I want you to pay close attention to how you are feeling physically and emotionally.

Notice what those areas of your life look like, from an honest perspective. And without judging take note of anywhere in your body. That stress shows up as you Engage in this exercise. Simply take note of thoughts and emotions that surface as you complete each question. And notice how they manifest physically in your physical body. Because remember mind body spirit whole is you there is no separation.

So question number one, what have you created with your thoughts as far as where geographically and what neighborhood and demographics where you live? Number two, describe your friendships and associations. And if you don't have time to answer these, don't worry about it because you you have them in your workbook so you can come back to them or pause this recording. Number three, your physical health is fill in the blank, what comes up. Remember without judging, just notice what comes up your physical health Okay, your mental health is what comes up. Again remember if you want to stop the recording you can or you can simply download the slides and answer in your own time.

But we'll just go through them for now. All right, your emotional health is fill in the blank what comes up your emotional health is your general happiness can best be described as. Fill in the blank with whatever comes up your job or career. Fill in the blank you your income, wealth thermostat. ink balance. Fill in the blank.

How you live can best be described as from the time you wake until bed. Your daily physical dietary intake consists of your daily mental intake consists of your daily emotional diet intake generally consists of your daily diet intake, spiritually consists of what do you do for yourself spiritually? Now anything else that comes up as an area of your life that you have created? You can fill in this one or you don't need to answer it at all. All right, then. So here's the thing.

You can uplevel your life dramatically in 90 days by implementing up to nine new practices. You'll start by choosing the area most in need of your mindful attention as per those questions you just answered. So addressing the most challenging area first, will show evidence of most effectiveness and will quickly build the desired momentum for change. So I'd like you to start with just one area incorporating East implemented up leveling practices into daily life creates the foundation for optimal living. And who doesn't want that? Now here's the thing if you try to implement too many too fast, you will let it go and chasing rabbits you don't catch any.

So we're going to start with 123. I'm going to give you some ideas for up leveling your life and you can choose from my list or you can come up with your own creative ways to raise your frequency and the frequency of your environment. So one idea is a morning salutation that means regardless of the weather, greet the day, granting greet the day, give gratitude. The second idea is a morning meditation. I personally do this everyday I connect with my inner goddess for 15 minutes before the day gets away from us. Another easy thing to do is a frequency infusion.

I listened to a lot of ethereal music in the background that definitely raised Is my vibration, my frequency of my environment and you can do the same. I prefer Stephen Halpern, just some real laid back music, background music that I get on Pandora. So it's a great idea, environmental clearing as a really important one. And, again, you don't need to do this everyday even though I'm asking you to implement these into your daily activities. Some of these could be done weekly or monthly, you decide that we're going to implement two new daily and then maybe a weekly on top of that. Okay.

So, movement, get up and move. We sit at our desk way too much. Get up and move. The other thing to do is to drink a lot of pure water. This is in addition to anything that you take in as far as juices, beverages, mean coffee, tea, wine, anything like that water journaling. I am a big proponent of journaling because when you can get your thoughts and your emotions down on paper, you are halfway to the either the manifestation or the answer.

All right. Another thing to implement is dreams. Your dreams contain messages from you to you. And if you've never ever taken one of my dream courses, you really might want to check into that because your dreams have incredible power to enlighten you. And another idea is a confidence lift. You can lift your own confidence everyday by finding ways personally and implementing one every day and repeat it for 30 days to build that habit.

I want you to really cultivate self worth. Again, same thing. Lift your story by lifting your confidence wanted to learn to be heart heavy That means rather than living in your head, I want you to drop down into your oldest intelligence source, which is actually heart intellect. Yep, trust your heart. The next thing is to make a commitment to not look back, stop telling those old war stories and showing your scars to everyone. The future is now be here.

Now commit to that for 30 days. Schedule a playdate with your inner child. This is a lot of fun. One of my personal favorites is go test drive a dream car, get somebody take your picture. I've actually had many sales people take my photograph in my dream cars, when I test drive them to a lot of fun and you get used to it you kind of feel like maybe this is what I can kind of step up into uplevel my life into this. So another idea is to create a life map.

This is a lot of fun, and it's It's more than a vision board is an actual colorful way of depicting who you are now and who you are becoming who you are up leveling into. Alright, this one might maybe not be so attractive, some of you will be fine with this. Look at your money story. If you don't manage your money story, you'll never get anywhere in life. If you've got something's holding you back. That's the big one to start with.

Number one, okay, I just make that suggestion. You'll know intuitively, where to start. When to ask yourself, what do you tolerate? Because in life, pieces of our whole, get chunked away, if we tolerate things that rub against us, so figure that out, and then sit with your thoughts comfortably, everyday, give yourself a little timeout to just be present with you. That's a great ritual to adopt great practice. Another one is write your memoir.

Regardless if you Consider yourself a natural writer. You can write down some of the stories and what happens when you release them onto paper then you don't need to hold on to them any longer. And in fact another ritual if you want that's not included here. You can light those pages on fire and let go and do a major release ceremony that's really healthy. Gay, most empowering. I want you to decide what do you want, most people don't know what they want.

And so that's what they get nothing. serenity now serenity now do something nice for you take a warm bubble bath, read a good book, do whatever makes you feel good about you. I'm a big proponent of mood lifting sent. That means you can either smudge your space with Sage lights and sweet grouse to draw in the angelic realm or you can use Jasmine also supposed to attract angels, burns and sage, sweet grouse sandalwood, whatever fresh You're sent your or your space was sent. Schedule an artist date. As per Julia Cameron, take an artist date.

I do this once a week. It's very, very refreshing thing to do. The other thing is to make time for real friendships, not those ones on social media, but real friendships. You deserve it. And so today I want you to start thinking about what you take into your body. If you prepare mindful meals, rather than eating from some pimply faced teenager at a drive thru, you will feel the difference.

That's a very wonderful way to uplevel your life frequency, so that you value your health and wellness. And the benefits will be uncounted in this are so many. Alright, philanthropy, I'm a big fan of give, give, give, give, find out where you want to give and do it. All right. That's enough about that. plant a little garden, and then harvest.

There's nothing quite so wonderful is getting your hands in the soil, the mother nature. Yoga. Everybody knows nowadays that Yoga is a very healing mind body spirit whole, the big one cycle with the moon. Here's the thing nature gave us patterns that we can live by. And when we do, that extra essence really helps to move our lives in the right direction, the direction that we want to go. And speaking of the direction we want to go, never neglect your higher power, whatever you see, as a higher power, God goddess.

Whatever it is, however you define God to be Connect every day. I prefer the end of the day. So you're going to have a download. It's a template and it's for deciding which mindful co creative practices you will implement the first month, I want you to not implement more than three or four. And ideally, I'd like you to implement no more than two. second month, you add one or two more.

Never, never never more than three or four, please, it will get away from you, I promise you, and then you'll stop and none of this will have any merit whatsoever. So then you track the third month, you'll add another one. So now you're doing one or two from month one, one or two per month to and then maybe one or two from month three. So in 90 days, you've got 246 up to nine new practices you have implemented into your life. Absolutely. There will be positive effects.

And here's something really really super cool and that is when you up level one area of your life. Because the mind body spirit is connected and every area of your life is connected from finance to romance doesn't matter. They're all connected. So when you up level one area of your life Guess what? Other areas of your life? Also up level, it can be no other way.

So isn't that cool to know? You make a couple of really easily implemented changes. And there you go bada bing. All right. I'm going to leave you with this quote and I'm going to butcher this name because I really don't know if I can pronounce it but it's a quote by Matt Shona Dwyer How's that? Not sure.

The ordinary are here to fit into the world, the extraordinary are here to create their own worlds. What I know is that because you are here right now, you are extraordinary. And to live an extraordinary life, all you have to do is implement these simple practices into your daily life. And I want to leave you with this. And that is my life motto, my life and business motto. You have one purpose in this life and that is to learn to love every facet of who you You are, You have one purpose in this life and that is to learn to love every facet of who you are.
