Hi, welcome to lose weight with the alkaline diet. You've made a great choice to invest in this course and I am your instructor Laura Wilson. I am author of the Hay House published book, the alkaline five diet. I'm a nutritionist and advanced gym instructor and an ultra marathon runner. And you're in safe hands learning with me.
