This recipe we're gonna make is one of my absolute favorites. It's adapted from my book the alkaline five diet and I've had I've all my recipes probably the best feedback for this recipe Why? Because it's amazingly delicious. It takes six minutes to make literally six minutes. You can make it for the family you can make it just for you. It's very very simple right healthy, cheap.

It's called a vegetable cumin bulgogi and today we're going to make the vegetable cumin Bovary with cabbage wraps as well just to add a little bit of something different to this recipe and this is Yeah, one of my all time favorites, so easy to make. So Let's get into the shower. So here's our ingredients. The most important ingredient of this whole recipe is organic bulgur wheat. You don't have to have organic but I prefer it it's quite cheap. You want some of that?

We want a tomato, a few red tomatoes. We want a little bit of onion you can use celery. I've got some organic mushroom and I've got a little bit of broccoli in a small amount of red pepper as well. You've got spices so let's show you the spices This is the secret ingredients which make this recipe delicious. We have mixed spice mix spice. We have grande cumin, black peppercorns, a stock cube I've used a little bit stock you guessed it the vegetable callow stock cube.

Let me just show you that if you're in UK and I don't know about us or nowhere else but these are the stock cubes. I use callow organic yeast three vegetables, really good stock cubes. The first thing we do is we're gonna weigh out off of the week. Now. I like to have for me on my own depending on what I'm doing how hungry I am. I like to have between 100 grams and 150 grams of dry weight of overweight.

So today I'm just gonna do 100 because I already had quite a bit of food this morning. There we go. Hundred and Bogo. It's amazing because it cooks so quickly. It's similar to brown rice. It is actually wheat free.

So it's really good people with gluten intolerance. And frankly, yeah, unlike brown rice, which takes about 30 minutes to cook, it takes literally six minutes to cook which is just amazing. Very, very cheap. And yeah, it's just it's more Nothing is more, a little bit more chewy and brown rice. So the first thing you do is going to pour some water and get that on the stove and then we're going to be chopping the vegetables to add in as we go. The vegetables will cook five minute, five minutes.

So we'll just get this going fast on the hop and then we'll cover it on a bit more significant. Then goes to the next we're gonna shop the badge. All vegetables are short. So let's go and add those in into the chopping vegetables, stick them in the pan and they're gonna cook for another five minutes. Okay, and we're done. So you can see it you know for one person and in this whole lot here is around Less than 400 calories, and then the source we're going to add because it's just low fat spice base.

It's not going to add much calories either. So add that back to the plan and just warm it again. Turmeric spice with this, you just need to add it. Grown mix spice mix fine. Yeah, don't be too heavy, generous human. All right.

I think we're going to use an organic Hello. So we're going to turn the heat on again and mix all this in. To make sure stock up is completely broken up. Now I like to add a little bit of sweetness and I met Gabi you can use a coffee syrup you can use coconut sugar, you can use normal sugar you can use honey if you want. You can use golden pear I would my my preference would be it would normally be coconut sugar or I don't have any brothers So with a little bit of golden spirit This is not the best but we're only going to use a little bit just a little Okay, so we're gonna wrap this up. It looks very tasty.

Just gonna pull this into a bowl for the best of literally buy oranges and energize you this for hours and hours optimal forcing by the way Why mineral? Fat? Its high carbohydrate, high nutrition. So we have it that's our vegetable cumin bulgogi and we're going to get some cabbage on the go to have little cabbage wraps with it. Yeah. So look at this.

This is our vegetable cumin bulgur wheat with two cabbage wraps, just adding these two for effect just to take a nice photo, but we're going to do is going to wrap up some of this in those and then eat them. So apologies for the noise God was let's take one serious take a bit of the boat wait she's so tasty. Anyone who says we can food? healthy food is not tasty. Just doesn't have any imagination. Well, how can some wheat stuff with cabbage and vegetables be tasty?

Give me McDonald's any day. Got the spice you know she got the war and got the chewiness the nuttiness the mushroom me bitch tomato. honestly want to go on about the food. It's just food, sweetness, cumin mixed spice and then the crunchiness of the roll cabbage. This is just one of my favorite recipes one of my favorites.
