So in this video, let's look at ditching toxic foods from your diet. These are highly acidic foods that you need to be avoiding as far as possible. So either avoiding for the most part or getting rid of all together. So following this diet for at least 21 days and we're not going to be eating any of these things, and it will probably be quite shocking to you just how satisfied you're feeling, not eating the things that you normally eat. So let's get straight in with acidifying foods that we want to absolutely avoid dairy products. Dairy contains millions of cells and has been shown to promote osteoporosis and some count many cancers.

Now a lot of people think osteoporosis How can that be linked with dairy dairy sister strengthen your bones? Well actually, the irony is that the opposite is true. If you look at the large scale study the nurses study conducted in 1978 conclusively showed that dairy is linked to all due process because it's so acidifying actually leeches alkaline minerals from your bones because we cannot break down the casein which which is in carries milk meat. Did you know that any meats even lean cuts of meat or at least 20% saturated animal fat, which is linked with heart disease, cancer and diabetes, packaged and microwave foods, so we'll do a whole nother video on microwaving foods and why that's so bad. But packaged foods are laden with chemicals preservatives, to prolong shelf life flavoring, so we're going to be avoiding any pre packaged and microwave foods. fish fish contains a lot of mercury and a lot of toxins from the sea.

So we're going to be not eating any fish. Refined oils and salts, refined oil is fattening whatever way you look at it. If you eat Fat, you will put on fat, whether it's a healthy fat or any other kind of fat. You we don't want to be having refined oils, we get a more than enough fat and oil that we need in our diet through the other foods that we're going to be eating the five daily meals. So don't you don't need to worry about that your needs are more than covered on that. And salt again.

Yeah, we don't want to be having too much. So in our diet. We're going to be avoiding preservatives, color colorings and additives. So that goes along with the packaged foods. By not having packaged foods, we're going to be eliminating preservatives, colorings and additives, and any products you buy, so things like chutneys and maybe condiments and things do check and minimize as far as possible. If not eliminate preservatives, colorings and additives from any of those that you buy MSG, monosodium glutamate, none of that is good for you.

Hydrogenated and trans fats hydrogenated fat hangs around your body for years and years. It's actually banned in many countries. But it's still found in things like cakes and pastries, and some sources and things. So just watch out for that. Again, if you're buying sources or condiments at all. Then watch out for any trans fats on the getting rid of them completely here.
