Hi there, I'm just talking my morning run just going down to the gym 7:30am a fancy gym going to go for six mile run. Just um, I thought that I had about weight loss. And I've yet had this thought so I wanted to share it with you is that when you're looking to lose weight, an easy thing to do is stop projecting to find the future loss. It's good to have goals, a goal in mind of how much you want to lose. It's good not to focus on to find the future. So for example, it's easy to think to yourself, right?
I'm saying now it's like September No, by Christmas, I want to lose 15 pounds. And then in your mind, you're thinking I'm going to lose 15 pounds by Christmas, and then day to day, you could slip up and not be doing the things you need to do to lose that weight by Christmas. I've been thinking a lot, I'll lose weight later I do this later do the things that are gonna allow you to lose the weight. I'll do that later on today or do that next week by the end of the week I've done so and so. So whenever I've been really successful at losing weight, weird guy last stone is to focus day to day, so much, literally moment to moment. So now instead of focusing on like, Oh, I'm going to lose like a pound to buy three days, whatever I'm focusing on, I'm going to the gym, I'm going running End of story.
What am I going to put in my mind after that I'm going to eat have an apple this morning. So for lunch, what am I going to how I'm going to choose a healthy lunch, literally focus moments a moment Don't think about the weight loss. So you write your goals down to begin with. So you've got that initially, you've done that and made your projections. Forget that. Literally Forget it.
And this is a bit counter to A lot of other weight loss experts and dietitians and nutritionists say but my experience as a nutritionist or someone who's lost some of weight, helped other people lose a lot of weight. That's the best way to do it. Focus on the actions
