So in this section of the course, we're going to be looking at eliminating acidic toxins. So things like getting your microwave, which is really, really bad for you. I'm going to go into why and you know why you should do that. Things like everyday household cleaning and beauty products. So I'm going to look at different ingredients that you need to watch out for when you're buying a shampoo or a detergent. And oftentimes, it's simply a case of swapping brands not buying that brand buying this brand instead.

So it's simple swaps. That will make all the difference over your long term health. You don't want to be having acidifying toxins bombarding you all the time. So we're going to be looking at ways of minimizing and eliminating acidic toxins.
