Video we're gonna get straight in five daily meals that you're eating with the outline five diet. So here's just a quick overview. Basically the outline five diet makes it easy for you to get all of your nutrients with none of the harmful chemicals or acidifying foods in five minutes or steps. So that's the point of these five meals, you're getting all your nutrients, none of the rubbish So you simply pick one option from each of the five meals every day. And here's what those five meals are. Number one is your blood cleanser.

Number two is your vitamin vitality meal, which is 15% of your daily calories, blood cleanser. 03 is your fat loss sugar meal, which is between 70% and 10% of your daily calories. Number four is your raw Alkaline Mineral meal which is free 5% of your daily calories. And number five is your hearty cooked fiber meal, which is between 10 and 70% of your daily calories. The reason that fat loss sugar meal and high ticket fiber meal have got variable percentages is that you can choose you can mix it up so you can have more fat low sugar meal or more fiber now but between them, they need equal 80% of your daily calories for those two meals, okay.
