So moving on your fat loss sugar meal, your FSM. And that sounds weird, right? Your fatness sugar. A lot of people say hey, okay, fat loss and sugar doesn't go in the same sentence. That's why I called it that because it's counter intuitive is counter what we're told in this in our current kind of climates of dietary protocols, if you like. Yeah, it seems counterintuitive to talk about fat loss and eating sugar at the same time.
As so many people are afraid of sugar or afraid of carbohydrates. Obviously, you know, the whole book, the outline five diet addresses this. This goes against the notion that we should be cutting down on sugar. Yes, we should be cutting down or eliminating white refined sugar but not sugar in the form of fruits and vegetables style. Whole grains and other plant carbohydrates in their unrefined or minimally refined form. So why is this called the fat loss sugar meal?
Well, your fat loss of a meal is your banana and date meal. It's high calorie, high carb, raw fruits. So again, we're going back to war, but it's packed with vitamins and very energizing. And this comprises between 10 and 70% of your daily calories. So remember, I told you in the beginning that this meal, your fat loss sugar meal, and your hearty cooked fiber meal makes up between them 80% of your daily calories, so that's where you're getting your calories on from. It's so easy when you go vegan when you eat more alkaline when you're eating high carb not to eat enough.
That's the danger and then people fall off the wagon go back to eating meat and dairy and densely fatty and dense cows. Foods when they could have just avoided that and stuck with a really nutritionally optimum diet, like this diet by just eating more. So obviously, if you were to try and get 1000 calories, so let's just break this down calorie wise. So say your your fat loss sugar meal is between 10 70% so let's go 50% 50% your daily calories is from the fat loss sugar meal. So for 2000 calories a day woman, that'd be 1000 calories. Now 1000 calories of bananas and dates, you could have a small pack like a 200 grand pack of muddled dates, which would be about 700 calories and three bananas.
And that's relatively easy to eat. And if you just chucked all of that interest into a blender with some water and smoothie there, then that would be a drink that you could just sip slowly throughout the morning and you're getting in 1000 calories to try any 1000 calories. worth of say, I don't know fresh other fresh fruit. So apples, pears, that type of thing, you'd have to have to get 1000 calories, you'd need to eat about 13 apples, roughly 13 pears, about 20 oranges. So I don't know about you, but I couldn't sit down and eat all the time sit down and eat 20 oranges. Whereas you could sit down and eat a 10 banana smoothie with some spinach to make a green green smoothie with 10 bananas and yen spinach.
So it's a way of getting in more calories from an nutritionally superior sources. So here are some examples by calories for 2000 calorie day diet they might be 1200 calories of dates, and 750 calories of rice. So this is your trial. hundred calories from your fat loss sugar meal 750 calories from your party cook 5 million. This is that range just I raining really hard. Or you could have 750 calories of bananas and 1200 and 50 calories of potatoes.
So that's with less calories from the fat, no sugar meal more calories from your particle fiber meal. So you can really kind of mix it up depending on what you want to eat if you want to eat more cooked foods. If it's winter, will eat more warming foods then fine not chop your heart at 5 million. If it's summer, if you're doing exercise, so you're recovering from sports. I would go more with your with your fat and sugar meal if you're carving up before a sporting event. So like when I run ultra marathons, I'll have maybe like a 10 or 12 banana smoothie fasting for breakfast with some spinach for the greens for the alkalizing minerals and that will be my go to meal before training for Yeah, running along race or you could do a 5050 so 50% your calories from bananas and dates 50% of your calories from rice 1000 calories of banana dates, 1000 calories of rice with vegetables and spices.
Obviously that's a lot of rice to be eating. So you could again split the meals up if you want to have one meal at 3pm the next meal at 7pm for your heart cut fiber. Okay, so when you this is what I recommend when you first start on the outline five diet. Aim for 50% of your daily calories from all foods so that means that 50% of your calories are coming from your hearty cook fiber meal and 30% of your calories from your fat loss sugar meal. Okay, does that make sense? So if you think about it, I've all the meals are all the five meals the only one that's cooked is your heart he could find the meal So, yeah 50% of your calories should be from that meal.
And that means 30% of the calories should be from your fat loss. So that means that's roughly 600 calories if you're a woman and here's here's how you get in you're the you know what you eat on a fat loss to the meal, you'd eat bananas, banana ice cream, so literally frozen bananas, banana green smoothies, on dates or date milk smoothie.
