Juices versus smoothies, what do I recommend? Which is better? And what's the difference? What should you have? Well, hands down, I would say, smoothies. Smoothies in a nutshell means that you're getting all the ingredients.

So, take out my take my activator green smoothie as a good example. So you've got pineapple, apples, spinach, cucumber, celery, lime juice, and you literally just chop all those things up, stick it in your blender, blend, drink done, all the fibers being kept in or the ingredients have been kept in or the nutrients are being kept in, you've got very minimal waste afterwards. It's easier. If you reduce all that stuff, you're getting a thin juice, you're throwing away a lot of the pope so all of the insoluble fiber is getting thrown out. And you still packed in left in which is soluble fiber. So there is an element of fiber left in that juice and it's still a fresh, wonderfully nutrient rich juice but it It's higher concentrations, you're getting more calories per volume in the juice than you are from the smoothie.

So I would say always just leave the fiber in and smoothie it up. The only exception I would say is if you're making a really green based juice, so say on occasions I've use things like cabbage, nettles, dandelion, wheatgrass, you know, anything like that, then you would use and then things like carrots and beets, which you can't smoothie you need to use those. So those are the ones orange juice, anything else so it's smoothie. And the classic standard is like the fruit salad smoothie, have a look at the recipe for that, which is free bits of fruit, couple of bits of greens, blend it all up in your way and that's you know, you can't really go wrong with that. So perfectly nutritious, filling fiber rich smoothie. So to recap on juices, you obviously want to juice carrots beet roots and nothing maybe sweet potato which you can't smoothie up, juice those, and then anything which is really green and vegetable II, which you wouldn't want to make a smoothie out of.

So cabbage, and if you like that brussels sprouts, then juice those. And actually they make a really nice juice. I've had things like brussel sprouts, cabbage, cabbage, carrots, and parsnip before so it's almost like a roast dinner and a juice. They're lovely as of juice. It will be horrible as a smoothie. But for the most part, your fruits and greens I would go the smoothie every time.
