So in this video we're going to make banana ice cream. banana ice cream is an amazing vegan alternative to standard ice cream. Literally you just take right banana, so I would choose ones even riper than this like until they're really just brown or over, freeze them. So hold off, peel them, freeze them, so they look like this. And literally we're going to take about three or four of these bananas and we're going to blend them up with about three or four organic gluten or dates. You can use majeure dates, whatever days you want to use.
A little bit of green and blacks organic cocoa powder, you can get us raw cacao powder. You don't have to use cocoa if you don't want to. rarely have cocoa because it's addictive theobromine and, you know, if you're not into chocolate, don't use this. You could use strawberries raspberries to make raspy replies cream instead, you could use carrot, but say I'm going to use chocolate for a little bit of indulgence. If you want to thin it out just a little bit, we'll make it ice cream smoothie, you can add some coconut milk. Okay, so literally that's all the ingredients.
So we're just going to blend the whole thing up in our Vitamix cam got Vitamix or a high speed blender you can use a food processor. And this is an amazing, delicious vegan alternative to chocolate ice cream. So let's get blending isn't VitaMix. As I said, we're just going to say how much do I want? One and a half. Three.
I think we'll have four Poor bananas today. Then throw in I would say, a good, a good teaspoon, a tablespoon of powder. And then we want 123 I would say, oh, date. I'm going to add a little bit of coconut milk, just to thin out a little bit and then start blending up. Sorry. Okay, so we're done.
There we go. That's the chocolate ice cream. Huh, huh? Young Pella, stick it in a bowl and serve it. So that's a finished product. vegan chocolate ice cream on last night yeah, like I say, if you had less coconut milk it goes really really thick up but I like it a little bit more runny.
