So I've got this ABS machine that my friend gave me and I never use it and I've decided I want to use it. I use the app workout a lot. And I really got quite a strong six pack. And I haven't trained at ages and I think core stability is, is really the foundation of all other kind of sports a accomplishment really running into strong courts. Women cycling. So yeah, just want to build up my court and so I'm gonna start my aim is to use this most days so it will just stop dead chickens too to keep your chin away from the chest you don't.
