Hello again we're gonna make sweet chili Asian noodles which are very very very simple to make literally can make these in five minutes five minutes flat literally five minutes flat we're going to be using soba buckwheat noodles which took about three minutes though with the cooking time and preparation literally done dusted raid three in five minutes and tastes delicious Lee divine. So you can make these all the family you can have them as a fast food thing if you know if you're on the go or if you're in between work and going out somewhere or you know you're busy. very satisfying, very energizing, healthy, simple, cheap, affordable What more can I say? Let's get into it. So our ingredients for this recipe are organic buckwheat soba noodles. So we're going to take out one little parcel of those one of those is 100 grams.

So we're going to stick 100 grams in there. I like to just snap them in half you don't have to, but I find it easy to cook and my sitter, you know, twirl up on a fork afterwards, we're going to be adding some mushrooms, some ganic red pepper, some organic broccoli, and and then our source afterwards, which I'll show you. So actually for the source we're going to be using Thai sweetly source I get this from my local asian supermarket and it's the only ingredients in it are. Whereas the ingredients, sugar, red chili, garlic, vinegar and salt. So you want to be using a switch resource that doesn't have MSG that doesn't have modified may starch or any other flavorings, additives, preservatives as well. So this one here that I use is pretty cheap, but it's the only one in the whole supermarket find which only had those four ingredients so it will separate out of it but it's really lovely, very cheap as well.

So grab yourself one of those. We've got organic tomorrow soy sauce, I use organic tomorrow soy sauce because guaranteed it's not genetically modified that soy a little bit of black pepper and honey now you know being vegan. Optional whether you include honey or not, you can use a gob a syrup, you can use sugar, you can use coconut sugar, sweetener of your choice, basically. I use honey honey every now and then. I don't eat any other dairy or meat products, but I will use a bit of honey. So that's our ingredients.

So let's get shopping and cooking. All ingredients and upon we're just gonna ask you boy Mota and we're gonna cook for three minutes. Okay, so neutrals are cook. We're gonna drain them. Ooh, steamy, steamy. Sour just rips them off.

We go. train them pretty well. And I'm gonna just transfer them back into and we'll add our source ingredients and just simmer lightly So I can add in a little bit of sweet chili sauce so I'd say like good tablespoon which is all right 10 drops of source or tomorrow source or fun bit of pepper. Now you can add ginger powder. That makes a really nice flavor but today I'm just going to leave the ginger powder out and add in a little bit of honey. Remember you can use a Gabi touch me being vegan I use honey I know.

To be fair, I get it locally sustainably sourced. For the most part from dark more near I live so little bit more. And then we're just going to transfer this back on the heat for a bit. warm it up. All right. And then we're done.

Pretty much so this is organic, buckwheat soba noodles. So these are wheat free gluten intolerance. This is low calorie in this whole thing here there's about 450 calories, low fat. So it's not gonna really give people diabetes or heart problems or wants to lose weight. It's putting its high fiber, three organic vegetables, it's alkalizing. So, just wrap it up.
