So at the end of this course lose weight with the alkaline diet. Thank you so much for going through the course materials. What I would suggest now is to number one, go and reread your goals if you haven't already done the goals exercise, identifying your big three goals, please go and do that. I would then suggest to get started with trying some of the recipes. Okay, so the sooner you get into trying the recipes, the seniors are going to see just how delicious tasty healthy, easy, affordable everything else that these recipes are and I know you're going to fall in love with this way of eating. As well as that if you haven't already watched some of the documentaries I recommend then please go and make a note of those on YouTube and, and and bookmark those to watch any evenings this coming week.
Because that's really going to give you momentum with with getting on the right path and following this diet and sticking to it and I would say then go back through the course and just check any videos that you might have skipped or not not watched yet. And make a note to a plan to go and watch those over the next week or two. And get stuck into this diet, because you're going to absolutely love it, you're going to see good benefits. So do go back and watch those remind yourself that this is a is a journey of sustainability. It's not a fatty diet. It's not something that's gonna work you know, you're gonna lose 10 Stone overnight or anything like that. Obviously not anyone wants to do that, but um, you know, you in this for the long term, we're in it to have an abundance of health and delicious food to eat.
