In next video I'm going to show you how to make a fruit salad green smoothie. So fruit salad green smoothie is where basically you take a minimum of three pieces of sweet juicy fruit or sweet fruit as opposed to acid fruits you don't net probably don't want orange and grapefruit. So three pieces of sweet fruits and then mix it with some greens and blend it all up. So very simple just a mishmash of sweet fruit greens done. So I'll show you what I'm doing today. So what I have here is I'm going to be blending up I've got two apples from the garden.
I've got a small flat next to Reen Nana bright banana, got pineapple, and I've got some frozen mixed berries. So I froze these last week before I went away. So yeah, I say minimum of three, but I'm actually using 1234 by five, six because there's raspberries and strawberries. So that's what I'm using. And in all of this, there's about 100 calories 172 7374 by the time I have just a small slice for 450 and then here's our greens, I've got lettuce there, organic lettuce, this whole thing is going to be around about 450 calories. So it's going to be a nice, quite a large smoothie.
So we're going to get a nice volume of smoothie, but it's going to be low calorie, low fat, very delicious. So let's get blending That's all our ingredients stacked up might want to add a little bit of water just to get it going with the frozen berries and things and we're gonna go I'm good final smoothing hmm fairly sick and nice and red because the berries it's good to try Huh very tasty huh? Very very nice. You get a banana berries. slight hint of the kind of lettuce that brings it brings it doesn't make it too too sweet but isn't really very nice. That's a fruit salad, green smoothie even though it's not very green it has what greens in it surprisingly.
And so finally just to say with the fruit salad green smoothie that you should just experiment. The fruit salad green smoothie is generic so basically three fruits, some greens, so I use letters you can use romaine lettuce, you can use spinach. You could add cucumber if you want. So basically you need the alkaline Green Leaf Green chlorophyll rich fats Suppose with at least three sweet fruits, I use five today. You know, use as much or as little as you want but minimum three and a vegetable
