So in this video we're going to make chocolate avocado pudding, which is absolutely one of my favorite desserts, alkaline dessert and often give this to friends and family and they can't believe that it hasn't got things like double cream eggs. Yeah, whipped cream, lots of sugar because it's so dense. It's a chocolate. It's tasty. Who knew that it would be alkaline. So, yeah, let's get into chocolate avocado pudding.
This recipes is just a few simple ingredients. Number one, we've got an avocado. And normally I'd used to, but um, today I'm just making a small amount so I'm just going to use one it needs to be Be very right very squeegee. So you don't want any hard avocados that need to be soft and creamy. Next day, I'm just using deadline nor dates today you can use mature days for your days actually tastes nice. So you want date nothing else just dates or a little bit of oil, vegetable.
We've got organic cacao powder. This is raw cacao powder, full of antioxidants. pretty healthy for you pretty healthy for you. You could also either use cocoa powder standard cocoa powder, I've got organic green and blacks cocoa powder here. This is slightly more darkness is more refined. This is a lighter color as you can see.
Today I'm going to use actually 50 and 50 like half and half of this just to add a bit of bit of variety and a dash of vanilla essence. Optionally, that's if you want now I'm going to add today Again, this is optional a banana. I've got a frozen very ripe banana here, just because just add a bit more volume bit less fat. The avocados are very Fatty, but it's, you know, it's a decadent treat. And avocado fat is still fine, it's absolutely Good for you. But I just want a bit more carbs because I'm going for a run shortly.
So I'm just gonna add in one frozen banana. So either use two of these and that will make three or four big chocolate puddings or one and frozen banana. Okay, so let's get putting all this into our Vitamix blender Blender up See you want 100 pounds of date, Blender 123 we're gonna add in another teaspoon aka cocoa powder, dash or vanilla essence on top to me, just a little dash of salt. I've got Himalayan pink salt here. So just one liter. Let's get blending to learn the gradients in the VitaMix.
The date the avocado, cocoa powder. So we're just going to blend that all up into a nice thick putting like consistency. Hey, take a look at this. Wow. thick and creamy Spooner. Say little serving dish.
It's absolutely lovely. So in this whole thing, there is about 800 calories is a decadent dessert. So you can make two or three. It serves two or three of these. Okay? Absolutely decadently gorgeous chocolate pudding.
So let's just give it a taste, shall we? Give it a taste proof is in the pudding as they say. Mm hmm. So chocolaty, so dent. You're gonna love this. Very rich, very dense.
If you wanted to send it out even more, you could add some water or some almond milk. And then you would probably make six or seven of these. So it would actually be a very low calorie than really healthy, delicious, decadent treats. So go and try this. You're gonna love it.
