In this video let's look at food. Combining food combining is extremely important when thinking about how you eat and healthy diets because the order you eat your food can make a massive difference to yet to your health and to the alkalizing properties of the food you're eating. So yes how you combine your food is vitally important and any food can actually become acidifying if eating and eaten in the wrong order and combination. Hence, fruits can go from alkalizing to acid forming if eaten on top of other foods. So we're going to look at that in a bit bit more detail. So you need to be eating the fastest digesting foods fast in order to prevent gas bloating and indigestion because when you eat fast digesting foods after slow digesting foods, the fast foods are just kind of like backed up against the foods that's blocking it the slower digested foods and will cause gas and beautification and fermentation, which causes bloating and indigestion and acidity.

So yeah, that's the reason for this. So here are is a little rundown of the fastest to slowest digesting foods. So the easily digesting foods are number one is melon melon is the fastest digesting food out there pretty much so you want to be eating this on its own on an empty stomach. So it just passes through quickly no problems. Fruits, smoothies and juices are also very quick digest followed by vegetables, cooked starches, grains, potatoes, and next pulses so beans, peas and lentils slightly slower again, and proteins and fats so things like nuts, seeds, avocados, and then finally animal protein and fats are the most hard to digest and also other foods that are highly highly processed things like hydrogenated fats and isolates and things like that. So really horrible chemicals, you know, they're not going to be digesting very well at all.

And in fact, a lot of chemicals hydrogenated fat in particular will hang around in your body for literally two years. So you want to be getting rid of all that I'm not even going to kind of acknowledge that really, in this video, and animal proteins and fats. Obviously, this isn't a plant based diet. So I've really put those in as a kind of reminder that they're very hard to digest. So this is the order you want to be eating things and now let's look at how to combine those foods. So your five meals, you want to be having your blood cleanse or fasting so if you haven't seen the the five meals that you're gonna be eating on this diet, go and watch that video either before this or after this video so you know what I'm talking about, in terms of the five meals, so your blood cleanser is fasting on an empty stomach.

The other meals you can have in any order, but this is the only criteria that you have to stick to do not eat your vitamin vitality meal, which is a fruit meal, or your fat loss sugar meal, which is your sweet fruit meal within three hours of eating your hearty cooked fiber meal. So usually most people who do this diet will eat their hearty cut fiber meal last, so they'll be having their fruit meals during the day and then a cooked fiber meal in the evening. So that's not an issue. However, some people myself included, will often have my hearty cooked fiber meal, sometimes for breakfast or lunch, and then we'll have my fruit meal later on in the day. So if you're going to be doing that, make sure there's at least three hours between that cooked meal and your fruit meals in order for good digestion to take place.

So let's look at fruit combining. You need to be eating fruit fast as I mentioned before, and he cooked meals and pretty Probably on its own or in a green smoothie, do not mix fruits or any other carbs with fats. This is very important. This is a recipe for weight gain and lethargy, and even it can promote diabetes. So this is a really big no no fruits or refined carbs with fats. No, no, no, no, no, don't combine those two things.

Eat dried fruit alone and only two I'd say when you're hydrated or drinker, a glass of water washed or having dried fruit. sweet fruit such as banana and date do not combine well with acid fruits such as citrus fruits or Kiwi. I can't imagine that you'd want to blend or mix dates with oranges particularly but you might go for mixing bananas and Kiwi which experiment it may not be that bad, but it's not the best combination. Okay, and then cooked foods. Your hearty cooked fiber meal combined with vegetables and salads, seeds, nuts and vegetable proteins such as chickpeas and tofu, combine well with salads as well. And also cook vegetables, but not with any sugar or fruit.

Pretty much vegetables combine well with everything. So whatever meal you're eating, you can always have some vegetables and a big salad if you want. So that's it for food combining, please do pay attention to this. This is very important. Because you run into problems and you're thinking all this diet doesn't work for me. And yeah, you fall off the wagon, so please pay attention to this.
