In this section of the course, we're going to be looking at exercise and getting outdoors in the fresher getting your body moving, for great health and for alkalizing your body. So we're going to be looking at how to choose the exercise that's right for you. And just little tips for getting up early in the morning and getting out and getting walking, getting an alkaline hit first thing in the morning may not sit well with you, maybe you're not a morning person, but um, but watch the videos on this. And hopefully we might be able to kind of change your mindset and just adding in. It's all about adding in some really good activities that are going to ensure that you're getting healthy, better, and maintaining that fitness over the long term. This is about sustainability over years and years not doing some high impact exercises that are non sustainable.
This is about long term, good forms of exercise that are sustainable for you.
