Just got out of bed. Let's go for a morning walk, shall we? Well, it's a beautiful sunny day. It's really tempting in the mornings, not great. You know, I feel sometimes guilty of getting out, getting the first thing, the best solutions that don't just go and get up and go. Literally, so have my wheatgrass juice.

We want to do deep breathing, and right walking. So really good deep breathing exercise if we inhale for kind of full, we'll get a hold for kind of eight. And then we're going to exhale precasting the ratio of one to four You might have to walk up to this because it can be you know, you need good breath control for it. You want to take deep diaphragmatic breath. This is perfect and I were walking we're lubricating our brain by walking the kind of often demotion of walking, just gently massages your brain and and helps lubricate it gets your brain going in the morning. offices get your body your body moving your legs, especially good if you're in a sedentary job like I am sat down at a desk all day.

I in nature, sunlight on your skin. So in a minute, we'll get a bit of vitamin D to our skin, my skin. So, deep breathing in for four, hold for eight, eight for 16 Just take a few deep breaths again. Ah, so you can just feel your whole body come alive and energized. This is amazing for your limp system because your lymph system doesn't have a pump unlike your circulatory system your blood system, which has a pump your heart, your limb, which gets away toxins and helps your immunity doesn't have a pump, so you need to stimulate it. So you either do exercise and a really good exercise for stimulating is rebounding, the Trump leaning or some kind of jumping exercise the gym maybe like a body combat class or an aerobics class or step class is great or deep breathing as well really pose a lot limp through your system.

Really nice. The thing is, as soon as you get out working, you don't regret it. It's the days I don't go out working I regret and guess it Don't overthink it in the morning. The best thing to do is just get up out of bed. Have your wheatgrass juice Daniel wheatgrass juice and go before your mind as tap chance to actually I'm not sure what to do. Oh, I don't really fancy walking.

Okay, so you just want to go It doesn't matter where you go. If you're by you know you want to go somewhere there's not much traffic if possible. Here it's just lovely. So you want someone where you can have good talk is fine, but preferably not. Not Have some head, head spaces into nature if you can. You know, if you feel like you're gonna get bored or you need some kind of mental stimulation, and can audio book I quite often take some listen to some songs or some products or audio by Allah To someone who's into some kind of self improvement audio or any other kind of audio book you want to listen to good for it to be uplifting.

Or, you know, listen some nice music. Sometimes I'll take my classical music, sing in a Philharmonic choir so sometimes I listen to those programs that were singing and I just learned my words and let that absorb into my mind so I'm learning at the same time. So yeah, actual morning. Like any day Fox as fast as hardest is like an aeroplane trying to take off, takes a lot of energy, a lot of power takes all the resources in the beginning to take called the grind but once that pain is up and up in the air is easier just to post that and you know can be going much, much more high speed obviously what's in the 500 miles an hour in an airplane as opposed to 20 miles an hour in the ground trying to take off. But it's much more efficient if gained that momentum.

So fast few days of your walking is all about gaining momentum. Fast, they'll be hard. Second day will be slightly easier probably. Third day might be okay. What about day four and it rains. I won't bother you and I know you've got to keep going.

Got to keep going build up momentum. Get yourself a rain jacket, a self an umbrella. Stick on some favorite music. Don't overthink it. Just get yourself out. And as you go to have it I did this.

I must admit I'd got out of the habit of doing this. But if you do have 21 days any habit can be formed and maintained after 21 days. So you just for three weeks, be part of your life and it will make such a difference. It really does. When you do this diligently every day, you will feel so much better, you will lose weight, you lose fat, your skin will look nicer, you have more energy. That's everyone's feedback.

Do this diligently say, and I can certainly attest to that from my own experience. So build that momentum. Day one's going to be the hardest. Day two will be easier. But it's about the maintenance for 21 days or more and then it'll be part of your life. You know, and it's about being smart with your time.

When you're too much, you're clever can your partner look after those kids for just 20 minutes you just need to do a mile or 220 to 40 minutes adequate If you've got more time and you want to do an hour, definitely, you know, that'd be great as three miles 300 calories that you'd be burning. So if you've got the time, do that, but if not 20 minutes, everyone's got 20 minutes in the morning, if it means getting out 20 minutes earlier, do it. I mean, personally, for me, I like reading the Bible in the mornings. But sometimes it's like, right, okay, instead of spending 20 minutes in bed, reading my Bible, I stick it on audio, and go for a walk. So, yeah, it's about being resourceful. It's about being smart with your time that checking your phone, versus the radio watching TV, instead of just wasting time in the mornings, procrastinating you know, just get up an hour and you will feel better for it.

And I'm telling myself as much as you because it's easy to get out of the habit and I have done so I'm getting back into it now. Yeah, if this is one of the things that is so simple to do, that will make such a massive difference to your health, especially if you're struggling with some kind of illness or disease. This is going to make a massive difference because it's very alkalizing very alkalizing aside from food and what you put what you put in your mind food and drink, breathe and getting fresh, clean air on a regular basis, you know, quality air outdoors, and the exercise for walking. That's super alkalizing doing this and if you're struggling with some kind of illness, skin disease, you know, psoriasis and heart disease, diabetes, and if my diets greatly enhanced bye bye Back there much better for going out really glad that I did.
