So in this video let's talk about looking younger. So many women try and look younger by putting on themselves on their face on their bodies, all sorts of lotions, potions, preparations, they have Botox, they have liposuction, they have their facials, facial abrasion things, and lots of other superficial things and I mean superficial in the true sense of the word as in topical on top of your body on the surface as opposed to deep within things quick fixes to make themselves look younger. So you know, you could dye your hands. If it's going gray, you could diet back to its original color. You can have Botox to reduce lines around your forehead, all this kind of stuff is very superficial. It's not actually getting to the root of the things that will reverse aging and keep you looking youthful, fresh, young.

Certainly Talk about the things that you can do to make yourself look younger naturally from the inside. So I would say that I've pretty much mastered this. And I don't mean that to blow my own trumpet, but I'm 35 years old. Most people think I'm about 25 when I was 25, most people thought I was about 28. So, over the last 10 years, I've actually found a way of making myself look younger and I haven't specifically done it on purpose. It's been a byproduct and this is the point that I want to make really, that natural beauty and an anti aging and more youthful appearance is a byproduct of doing the right thing by your health.

So here are just some very simple tips for for anti aging. Number one I would say is drink wheatgrass juice. Wheat grass is known for its anti aging properties. Some women and men have reported the hair going from gray back to its original color to drinking week. Juice. I myself, I've got no gray hairs.

This is my natural hair color. It's kind of Blondie brownie, and it's in better, more shiny, more youthful condition, then yeah, when I was 21 when I was eating the wrong stuff and smoking and drinking lots, so I would say wheatgrass juice is a really great anti aging, kind of elixir if you like it's very cheap, you can buy it online, take it in powder forms and mix it with a pint of water drink first thing in the morning as your blood cleanser as well. So watch the video on the diet section on blood cleanse and that doubles up so is that it's gonna cleanse and build your blood and cells. But also it's a great anti aging drink as well. So, second tip I would give is exercise. You know, obviously we know we're supposed to be exercising but here's just a very simple tip.

Go out, go walking first thing in the morning, get the oxygen around your body, get your lymph system going get the sunlight on your skin on your face. Even if it's cloudy, you're still getting bitumen D and you're getting that sunlight energy. So that's a really good second tip for anti aging is get out walking every day every day, at least for half an hour. I do this pretty much every day and I walked for sometimes three or four miles and then go running on top of that. So you don't have to do all that but at least half an hour a day out in the fresh air in the sunshine walking, moving your body is a great way to make your skin look better to make you Yeah, more mobile more supple and keep you looking young. First tip I've got is to eat alkaline.

You know, this whole diet approach is about alkalizing your body when you alkalize your body and that's your oxygenating your blood and that in itself promotes cell regeneration and cell what's the word? It stops regeneration of your cells. So your cells age when they're when they can't get rid of the waste products in within the cells and when you over acidify those cells so when you keep your cells and cells obviously make up every aspect of your body when you keep those cells alkaline lubricated, which we'll come on to the next tip, then they will naturally keep young looking. So if the cells on your face are alkaline, you're building your cells with, you know, good, alkaline rich foods, then that the degeneration process is going to be a lot slower so alkaline foods. Next tip is hydration. You know when you don't prune like skin the best way to keep your face looking youthful, plumped up from skin blemish free skin is by hydrating drinking lots and lots of pure alkaline water.

So, if you're in a place where they fluoridate your water, I would say and probably most places anywhere, say get an a means of having alkaline water. That might be an alkaline filter, it might be a simple Brita filter. It might be reverse osmosis filter, it might be a water ionizer and there's a whole spectrum of expenses and and you know, simple, very complicated ways of getting more pure water. But I would say you need at least at least two liters, I would recommend two and a half to four liters a day before exercise depending on whether you're a man you're one of the big small, hot area code area, baseline at the very least two liters of pure clean alkaline water every day. So there's just a few things that are really going to help you keep looking youthful and reverse and slow down the aging process from the inside out.

So we're not looking at quick fixes on top of your skin, you know, an unnatural things we're looking to enhance yourself and your your body's ability to stay youthful from the inside.
