Joy laughs now last lesson, I kind of made you do it all by yourself. But for our prep plan, I want to go through it again with you and I'm even going to show you some more techniques are final techniques to help you get all that you need to be able to do the one day one month freezer meal method on your own. So let's go together on this last prep plan for healthy fish chatter. One onion chopped in it sauteed. Yes. And the garlic, celery so half of it is going to be pure raid so we need it to be nice and soft.

So let's do one stock. That's going to be sauteed and then celery, one stock, just diced, the potatoes peeled and cube. Alright, this one I'm going to play a little differently. So all along. It hasn't been the mashed potato recipe. I've been using canned potatoes.

So if you look at the healthy fish chowder recipe, part of it you are lending together to make a thick soup. So part of the potatoes are supposed to be blended to make the soup so we're going to do something a little different. So do you see how in the healthy fish chowder, there's four potatoes. Two cups of potatoes and step two are blended together. Gather in step three. So let's do two cans of potatoes that are just going to be open and drain.

So two cans opened and drained. And then one potato is going to be diced and added to the soup later. But if you're going to use a potato in a freezer recipe, you have to do something to it first. You can't just put it in the freezer because a raw potato in the freezer will become mushy. So you're going to have to blanch so one, we're going to blanch it just like we did the spinach. So I'm going to show you blanching the potatoes after we finish our prep plan chart.

One carrot and it's just diced For our fish tacos, nothing to prep ahead of time except look at that cheese cotija cheese. I think that's how you say it. It's in a block. And we do need to shred it a bit how much though? I don't know. I think I'll just start.

I think I'll do the whole package because it's not useful in a block. It's useful shredded, so I might as well shred and freeze the whole thing. There we go. That's it for fish tacos. guacamole avocados. We just need to peel and then we'll do the rest of it later.

Spinach and cheese quiche, half of an onion. Oh, okay. So where should we put it about the package of spinach edge put it under veggies or grains doesn't really fit well put it under veggies Squeeze GRE cheese. I don't know how to say that cheese either. I can never spell it right. One and a half cups grateful.

Hammond noodle toss. I decided to use the fresh broccoli so that I could show you how to blanch under veggies diced. So broccoli two cups blanched broccoli is also a vegetable where you can't just put it into a freezer dinner. You have to blanch it first. Potato ham casserole, shred cheddar, two cuts and the ham. So the meat that's cooked in cubed ham, um, how much eight ounces sticky bones doesn't look like there's any prep work to do.

And the vegetable and sausage soup. Okay we're going to brown the sausage. We have two dice, one and a half onions. Carrots are the carrots going to be sauteed AR so our carrot is half cup shredded, not doing the security risk to drain the finale can aleni beans, grain and we need to reduce them also. So looks like the biggest thing that we're going to be doing is onions 123 onions, only three onions. That's easy.
