It is always important to identify and focus on people&rsquo;s strengths rather than their weaknesses. The reason for this is that accessing and utilizing their strengths could well be the source of their recovery. In contrast, if we focus on people&rsquo;s weaknesses through criticism or undue analysis or whatever, it can have the opposite effect we want.
