Introduction to negotiating tactics. There are roughly 65 tactics discussed in this course, but you don't have to use all of them. Good negotiators have a toolkit of 5 - 10 reliable tactics & counters they use all the time. You do, however, have to be familiar with the full range of tactics & techniques that others may use on you.
