Hello, and welcome to DIY mindfulness part one. In this class we are going to talk about grounding, affirmation beliefs and blame versus responsibility. So are you ready to have more in your life? Are you ready to wake up with thoughts of prosperity and hopefulness instead of dreading the day? Are you ready to start actually creating your life? while you're in the right place?

My name is Sandra Jones Keller, and I'm an intuitive pregnancy coach, spiritual energy healer, mindfulness teacher, workshop presenter and author of three books, intuitive communication with your baby. So 21 lessons to empower the New Age kid, how I beat fibroid tumors for a successful pregnancy over 40 I know that one is a mouthful, so I've been on my own spiritual journey since the late 1980s. I've studied Egyptian mysticism, Religious Science. landmark education just to name a few. So I've taken my 2530 years experience, and put them together in this DIY mindfulness program, to give you easy to use tools and principles, to start making a difference in the areas of your life that mean the most to you, your career, your relationships, your family. So it's called DIY mindfulness.

Because you're going to learn to do it yourself. You're going to learn to take control of your thoughts you can learn to take control of those beliefs that have held you back, you're going to start identifying the areas of your life that have kind of put you in a box. And so like I said, Do It Yourself easy to use tools and techniques to take you to the next level. So go ahead and get your workshops ready get them out. So you worksheet so that as we go through the lessons You'll have that available to you. So by the end of this class, you'll know how to ground yourself.

So you can start thinking clearly and to receive divine guidance, you'll be able to identify negative thinking that's pushing to control your life, you'll be able to create easy and powerful affirmations that support your greatness. To know why it's important to look at your beliefs. You'll start to uncover beliefs that don't support life you want to live and you'll learn why being responsible is more powerful than blame.
